Amitabh Bachchan’s most challenging role: Paa
Amitabh Bachchan may just be giving the most challenging role in his career in the movie Paa. In the movie, Amitabh Bachchan plays a person suffering from a genetic disorder Progeria, in which a person starts to age from childhood itself. It is an extremely rare disorder that can affect one in million children. In 90 percent cases, the child does not live beyond 13 years of age, though he looks 39.
Amitabh Bachchan who is probably playing his most experimental role, will be playing a 13 year old boy in Paa. Vidya Balan and Abhishek Bachchan will play parents to Amitabh Bachchan in the film.
Balki who was able to strike a chord with the audience in Cheeni Kum is quite confident about Paa as well. He is all for spreading and creating awareness about Progeria. To know more about the disease progeria, click here

Hmmm… 8 hours 2 put on d makeups n prosthetics….quite a marathon task just fr d sake of a role ! Who else cn do it haan? I hav no wrds 2 dscribe dis actor ! In fact i’m stunned jus by readin d facts bout hs sufferings ! No wonder y we cal him d ‘BIG b’ !
