Bacterial Endocarditis and Subacute Bacterial Endocarditis



Endocarditis is an inflammation of the inner lining of the heart (endocarditis). Endocarditis can be localized in different parts of the heart such as, in the field of valves (valvular endocarditis), in the field of chords (chordal endocarditis) in the parietal endocarditis (parietal endocarditis). The valvular endocarditis is the formation of dangerous heart defect.

Bacterial endocarditis

Bacterial endocarditis: It can be sub acute and acute.

The causes of subacute bacterial endocarditis are infection of streptococcus bacteria, staphylococcus bacteria, fungi, etc. The sources of infection are often different medical procedures (dental, surgery, injections, etc.). Recheck if this is right or wrong.

The body temperature rises to 39-40 “C. The patient complains of severe fatigue, headaches.Treatment consists of antibiotics.

The main manifestation of bacterial endocarditis is to engage the wall of endocardium, primarily the left ventricle. The disease is relatively rare. The disease studied is not enough. The cause of the disease is immunological disorders in the body.
