Of course, Hrithik Roshan also won the Best Actor Award for his debut performance in Kaho Naa.. Pyaar Hai. Amisha Patel also debuted in the movie.

If the criteria is for commercial work then its fine. But if it is for a good muvie then u have forgot many of those
