Detox Diets Can Be Harmful

Companies have launched aggressive marketing campaigns at women who want to lose weight highlighting how detox diet can help them become slim and trim. However, doctors do not agree. They say that there is no scientific evidence about health benefits from fasting.
Dr Jane Smith from the Royal College of General Practitioners says, . “There’s no medical or scientific evidence that there’s any health benefits from fasting” Lemon Detox Diet one of the most popular diets around with users like Beyonce and Tania Zaetta is doing the rounds of being very famous. However the mixture of lemon juice, palm and maple syrup, cayenne pepper and pure water that claims to shed weight and cleanse the body does not suit everyone. A woman reported to be in daze as she felt weak after taking Lemon Detox diet.
Dieticians believes that diet should make you fit and not weak. It is better to cut out caffeine, alcohol and high fat foods and you will become fitter rather than weaker.
