Double Chin Removal Exercises

How do I remove my double chin? Here is a facial exercise to get rid of double chin. Move your head back so you look up at the ceiling almost. Then stretch your bottom lip up your face as if you are trying to touch your nose with it. Do three sets of 50 to start with. Also, give up sweets right away.
