Experimentally, the disease can only play through the challenge of hemorrhagic shock. When blood is not re infused, ischemic intestines but it is not significant. Certain changes may be caused by venous introduction of bacterial endotoxin, which causes immediate interstitial ischemia and severe congestion of mucous in 24 hours. Shock can be caused by severe trauma, stress, exposure to heat or cold, but it is not observed in the clinical.
Hemorrhagic gastroenteritis is one of the most common diseases, which is accompanied by numerous painful symptoms. The most obvious signs of gastroenteritis are considered to be a pain in the abdomen, which occur immediately after eating. In some cases, pain can be felt right during the meal.
Another integral symptom of this disease include: fever, nausea, vomiting, muscle pain, headache, general weakness, which sometimes becomes the cause of syncope. There are other signs of hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, which are cold sweat, excessive sweating, insomnia, severe fatigue and several others. Usually patients suffering from hemorrhagic gastroenteritis defecates blood from the stool. During the day it can be observed about fifteen – twenty times.
Speaking about the possible routes of infection hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, in the present case, all depends on the type of the disease. With regard to infectious hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, it is spread by faecal-oral route, i.e., from person to person. In the case of alimentary gastroenteritis, infection occurs through the contaminated food. Infection with gastroenteritis can occur through water also, or household items.
