How to Use Google Buzz, Google Buzz Help and Tutorial

Here is how you can use Google Buzz, trust us, it is simple.

Here you will be able to follow people or they will be able to follow you. You can view and edit the people you want to follow as well. Please understand that people follow you by default, you have to uncheck the ones you dont want to follow

You can post a message, a link to a picture or a link to video here. You have an option to keep the message private or public

google-buzz-conversation
The messages or links that you post appear here. People who follow you will be able to see the message, they have an option to ‘comment’, ‘reply’ or ‘email’ you. The reply, comment and ‘i like this’ will be seen by your followers. So be careful about what you post, else post using the private option when you send a message. Even your latest blog posts, picasa pics, you tube videos that you have configured with Google Buzz appears here, which can be viewed by your followers

Your Google Reader shared items, Picasa Web public albums, and Google Chat status messages ”will automatically appear as posts’ in Buzz. You need to click on ‘connected sites’ to view connected sites, edit them, add new third party sites and change privacy settings

When you click on ‘connected sites’ (hyperlink in blue) you will see some of the sites that are based on Google’s social graph. With the Social Graph API, developers can bring up sites that are frequently used by the user. Here you have Google connected sites like Blogger sites that you use, Youtube with your username, Google Reader, Picasa, Flickr etc. You can also import Twitter updates through Google Buzz. Click on ‘Edit’ and make each of them ‘public’ or ‘private’, or remove them if you do not want

Click on your Google Buzz picture, you will see ‘Google Profile’ there. Click on it and you make changes like editing your profile and putting contact info. You can also change your buzz picture
