Phir Mile Sur Mera Tumhara Controversy

Mile Sur Mera Tumhara’s 2010 version, Phir Mile Sur Mera Tumhara is in controversy. The reason is that the 2010 version of the 1988 classic song on national integration has deliberately left out Sachin Tendulkar and Abdul Kalam out of the song.
Viewers feel that compared to the 1988 song, there is over abundance of Bollywood stars and that to with some of them who are not fitting enough to be a part of that track. There are opinions that the 2010 version of Phir Mile Sur Mera Tumhara is commercial in its outlook without giving much regard to common men and 26/11 heroes
