Soon You Will be Able To Access Facebook, MySpace on Windows Live
Last November, Microsoft updated Windows Live to receive updates from websites like Twitter, Flicker and Pandora. Recently, Windows Live also announced that users will now be able access updates from SmugMug, Digg and Last.fm. You will be also able to invite friends on famous social networking sites likeĀ Facebook, Hi5, Tagged, MySpace and they will be able to join your Windows Live network.
Though some of the services like MySpace have not been activated yet, but you can expect to see them in few months from now. You can access all the new services by logging into the Windows Live Account and checking out this link.
Many leading email service providers like Gmail, Yahoo and Rediff have integrated chat or instant messaging service. To be on par with its competitor, Windows Live has also started the Web IM for Hotmail.
The recent strategy has worked very well for Microsoft. Windows Live has been successfully able to receive increased traffic because of the web activities it has started since last November. With the addition of new sites like Facebook and My Space, it aims to increase its traffic all the more.
